The fair featured 25 booths, including a blood pressure check, appearances by Kingman City Council candidates, the Arizona Game and Fish Department and McTUPP. The mannequin can be programmed to show signs of stroke, heart attack and more to help train paramedics to diagnose problems and begin treating victims.
