Spanish Club names new officers

Nicole David, right, was named as the new president of the Spanish Club on the Lake Havasu City campus of Mohave Community College during the club’s first spring semester meeting Feb. 2. At the same meeting, Elizabeth Taylor, left, was designated as club secretary/treasurer. Taylor will graduate from MCC in May with an Associate of Applied Science degree in medical assisting. The Havasu campus Spanish Club meets on the first and third Tuesdays of each month and membership is open to the general public. Knowledge of Spanish is not required to participate.
